The Camden native "was a man of many talents and passions," his obituary says: His career spanned various fields including being a prison guard, a B&B mechanic at Amtrak, a union laborer at Jem Erectors, a landscaper and a tower worker.
In his free time, Kevan enjoyed watching Philadelphia sports, golfing with friends, indulging in shows like "Jersey Shore," and taking peaceful walks along the beach, his obit said.
"His laughter was contagious, and his generous spirit touched the lives of many, both familiar and strange," his obit said.
He loved cooking, "losing fast and furiously at the casino, and . . .investing time and resources to make his family feel safe and secure," his obituary says.
